Only Leaves Should Fall Mini Event – Mt. Zion Baptist Church

If you are afraid of falling or have fallen in the past, join us at Mt. Zion Baptist Church on Tuesday, Sept. 27 for lunch and to learn strategies for how to prevent a fall. Progress through screenings, such as gait, strength, vision, blood pressure, and medication, to learn what your risk of falling might be and leave the event with resources on how to address these risk factors. The event is free but registration is required. Call 608-255-5270 to register.
